Discover Healing Through Body, Mind, Spirit
About
I have a background in theology and psychology, and I love combining spiritual and mental well-being to help others on their journey to healing and wholeness. My approach is rooted in a Trinitarian-inspired perspective, focusing on the harmony of body, mind, and spirit. Drawing from Franciscan spirituality, I see creation as a way to connect with God and recognize the totality of each person as being made in God’s image. While my work is grounded in faith, I also incorporate secular principles to make healing accessible and meaningful for everyone.

The psychological domain focuses on the mind—our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and mental health. This aspect allows us to explore how we process experiences, build resilience, and develop coping strategies that align with our goals and values.
"Spiritual Domain"
The spiritual domain delves into our sense of purpose, connection, and transcendence. Whether through faith, relationships, or meaning-making, spirituality provides the deeper "why" behind our lives, shaping how we relate to ourselves, others, and God.
